About Fran
Fran brings over two decades of administrative experience to her role as AJW’s Office Manager, including bookkeeping, office administration, payroll, invoicing, time keeping, inventory management, and more. She uses her skills to ensure smooth operations for staff and seamless service for clients.
Fran built her skillset across various fields. Her experience in aviation, federal contracting, non-profit organizations, private, and public companies were supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Inspired by her professional background, her intellectual curiosity led her to pursue a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership.
