Tony brings over twen­ty five years’ expe­ri­ence build­ing new prod­uct and ser­vice mar­kets in the pub­lic sec­tor in both com­pet­i­tive and non-com­pet­i­tive envi­ron­ments. He spe­cial­izes in for­mu­lat­ing and imple­ment­ing strate­gies to cap­ture new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties with Fed­er­al and state gov­ern­ments and pro­vides coun­sel on gov­ern­ment poli­cies and pri­or­i­ties affect­ing exist­ing and future requirements.

Tony has an exten­sive back­ground in gov­ern­ment busi­ness devel­op­ment and acqui­si­tion.  He is an expert in secu­ri­ty tech­nolo­gies for cur­ren­cy, pass­ports and oth­er forms of gov­ern­ment-issued iden­ti­fi­ca­tion. He sup­ports indus­try-lead­ing com­pa­nies devel­op, intro­duce and imple­ment sophis­ti­cat­ed anti-coun­ter­feit fea­tures, pro­duc­tion equip­ment and per­son­al­iza­tion tech­nolo­gies. Tony is Pres­i­dent of the Doc­u­ment Secu­ri­ty Alliance and serves as a mem­ber of the Advi­so­ry Boards for the Inter­graf Secu­ri­ty Print­ers Con­fer­ence, the Opti­cal Doc­u­ment Secu­ri­ty Con­fer­ence, the Dig­i­tal Doc­u­ment Secu­ri­ty Con­fer­ence & ID and Secure Doc­u­ment News.
