About Ted
With more than 25 years in federal and state government affairs, Ted has earned a reputation for developing bipartisan policy solutions that drive investment in clean technologies. Ted is an adept coalition builder who uses his project management skills to guide complex client projects to successful outcomes.
Earlier in his long career at AJW, Ted was a leading voice on waste-to-energy (WTE), promoting WTE technology to maximize the recovery of materials and energy from any system. As a strategic advisor on energy efficiency and the Clean Power Plan, Ted co-authored frequently cited white papers and public comments on compliance strategies targeted to overcoming energy efficiency market barriers.
Ted’s credits include working extensively on the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act, which unleashed investment in abandoned and under-utilized properties.
