Mike serves as the Deputy Director of the Manufacturers of Emission Controls Association (MECA). He is an expert on issues related to air pollution, with a specialty in particulate matter from mobile sources, and has worked for federal and regional agencies to find solutions to air quality problems. His experience helps guides MECA’s efforts to a future of clean mobility.
For several years, Mike served as an environmental engineer inside the federal government, focused on transportation policy, with an emphasis on domestic and international black carbon science and policy. He has supervised a research laboratory and conducted studies on air quality, notably on particulate matter from mobile sources.
