About Mike

Mike serves as the Deputy Director of the Manufacturers of Emission Controls Association (MECA). He is an expert on issues related to air pollution, with a specialty in particulate matter from mobile sources, and has worked for federal and regional agencies to find solutions to air quality problems. His experience helps guides MECA’s efforts to a future of clean mobility.
