With more than 15 years in the agri­cul­ture indus­try, Jes­si­ca John­son Ben­nett will expand AJW’s leg­isla­tive advo­ca­cy capa­bil­i­ty and strength­en our strate­gic val­ue to fuels and agri­cul­ture clients.
She was most recent­ly Vice Pres­i­dent of Gov­ern­ment and Exter­nal Affairs for the Renew­able Fuels Asso­ci­a­tion (RFA). Before her three years at RFA, she worked for the Nation­al Corn Grow­ers Asso­ci­a­tion (NCGA), where she han­dled renew­able fuel issues. She also served Bunge North Amer­i­ca as direc­tor of gov­ern­ment rela­tions, rep­re­sent­ing the company’s inter­ests on issues relat­ed to agri­cul­ture at the fed­er­al level.

Dur­ing her tenure in Wash­ing­ton, John­son Ben­nett has worked as the fed­er­al affairs rep­re­sen­ta­tive for var­i­ous nation­al trade asso­ci­a­tions rep­re­sent­ing agri­cul­ture and small busi­ness­es. She also served as a staff per­son in the offices of two mem­bers of Con­gress from Arkansas.
