Gear-3

On April 3, 2017, a bipartisan, bicameral coalition issued a letter to the White House urging the President and administering agencies to support the continued use of Energy Savings Performance Contracts and Utility Energy Service Contracts.

These innovative public-private partnerships enable the federal government to implement much needed energy and water infrastructure improvements by financing them through guaranteed future savings.

The letter was signed by 41 members of the House and 33 members of the Senate.
