As one of the nation’s fore­most experts in clean air, envi­ron­men­tal mar­kets, and clean fuel poli­cies, Chris spe­cial­izes in improv­ing mar­kets for clean­tech inno­va­tors. He helps clients refine and sharp­en their strate­gic plans to devel­op and deploy tech­nol­o­gy, par­tic­i­pate in envi­ron­men­tal mar­kets, and secure sup­port and fund­ing from pub­lic agen­cies, reg­u­la­tors and pol­i­cy­mak­ers.

With three decades of expe­ri­ence, Chris has built a client ros­ter and net­work span­ning glob­al pri­vate cor­po­ra­tions, nation­al non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions, busi­ness and indus­try coali­tions, envi­ron­men­tal foun­da­tions, and research orga­ni­za­tions.
