Charles Inge­bret­son brings decades of expe­ri­ence work­ing in ener­gy and envi­ron­ment pol­i­cy. Charles has served more than 14 years in senior Repub­li­can staff posi­tions with the Ener­gy and Com­merce Com­mit­tee in the US House of Rep­re­sen­ta­tives and in sev­er­al capac­i­ties in the Fed­er­al exec­u­tive branch, includ­ing as head of EPA’s Office of Con­gres­sion­al and Inter­gov­ern­men­tal Affairs, and as chief of staff under EPA Admin­is­tra­tor Stephen John­son. He par­tic­i­pat­ed in pol­i­cy­mak­ing on a vari­ety of issues, includ­ing the government’s response to the Supreme Court’s deci­sion on cli­mate change in Mass­a­chu­setts v. EPA, and var­i­ous oth­er aspects of imple­men­ta­tion of the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and laws gov­ern­ing man­age­ment and dis­pos­al of sol­id and haz­ardous wastes.

Pri­or to his work in gov­ern­ment, Inge­bret­son has worked in the pri­vate • sec­tor, rep­re­sent­ing cor­po­rate clients on a vari­ety of ener­gy and
envi­ron­men­tal issues.
